The Grace Place after-school program Academy of Leaders started last week and the children have been having a great time learning new words, rhymes, fractions and more. Grace Place third graders took First Lady Ann Scott's Summer Literacy Adventure! Challenged to read three books this summer Grace Place students exceeded expectations, completing 960 minutes of concentrated reading per student. That's approximately 45 minutes a day!
