Inspiring Future Careers: Choice Academy Showcase
Our Middle School Choice Academies Showcase gave students the chance to demonstrate the hands-on, career-focused learning happening across all seven academies—Art, Dance, Chess, Manufacturing, Culinary, Disc Golf, and Peer Mediation. Each academy brought its work to life in creative and engaging ways.
The Manufacturing Academy impressed judges with mechanical arms, custom phone stands, and models of hurricane-resistant homes. The Dance Academy delivered an energetic performance, while the Culinary Academy offered delicious samples prepared by students. Across the board, students showed confidence, teamwork, and skill.
Twelve judges evaluated the presentations, awarding first-place winners a $25 gift card for each student and a pizza party. Second-place winners also received a $25 gift card.
