Nalta was a part of Grace Place’s very firstprogram, a homework club for sixty students that has since grown into our Academy of Leaders afterschool program, serving hundreds of K-12 students each year. In high school, Nalta took part in Grace Place’s AP Leadership program, working with Grace Place staff and a mentor to build a path for herself to college and a career. This year, she’s traveling that path as a freshman at Florida SouthWestern State College.
