Grace Place VPK Achieves Outstanding CLASS Scores!

We are thrilled to share some fantastic news—our CLASS observation scores are in, and the results are nothing short of amazing! Our VPK program earned a 6.07 composite score out of 7, exceeding expectations and reflecting the high-quality learning environment we strive to provide every day.

For those who may not be familiar, CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) is a widely recognized observational tool used to measure classroom quality in early childhood education. It evaluates teacher-student interactions in areas like emotional support, classroom organization, and instructional support, helping programs ensure that children receive the highest quality learning experiences.

These scores are a testament to the dedication, skill, and passion of our incredible VPK staff. Our teachers are well-prepared and supported with the training and professional development they need to help our students thrive and shine. A special shout-out goes to our teachers and support staff—Sarai, Carolina, Zaida, Frida, and Yamilka—who worked tirelessly to prepare and perfect their lesson plans for the observation. Your commitment to excellence is truly inspiring.
