Models of Community Support
Grace Place is incredibly fortunate to have dedicated community partners who go above and beyond to support our mission. Two standout organizations—Valencia Trails Gives Back and United Church of Marco Island—have recently made significant contributions that are directly impacting the lives of the families we serve.
Valencia Trails Gives Back has been a consistent presence on our campus, volunteering every single month since October 2024. Whether it’s group tours, hands-on service, or supporting our programs, their commitment has been unwavering. Led by chair Chris Trincia, the group also hosted an amazing fundraising luncheon in March, raising over $26,000 in support of Grace Place. Their dedication and generosity are deeply appreciated, and their efforts are truly transforming lives.
We are also incredibly grateful to United Church of Marco Island, who contributed a generous donation of $20,000 through contributions from the Bargain Basket Thrift Store and the wider church community. They have shown a remarkable commitment to helping Grace Place grow and thrive. Their support makes a meaningful difference in expanding opportunities and resources for the children and families in our programs.
These two community champions are shining examples of how local engagement can drive lasting impact. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved at Valencia Trails and United Church of Marco Island for standing with us in our mission to educate, support, and empower the families of Golden Gate.
